Bill brings 25 years of real estate development, investment and
management experience to Cresset. As a founding partner, Bill has
been intimately involved in the acquisition, development,
construction and management of all Cresset projects which
include residential, office, retail and hotel.
Before Cresset, Bill was executive vice president of development at
Intercontinental for over five years. He was responsible for
opportunity identification, acquisition, development, construction
management and marketing for development opportunities in
excess of $350 million. Preceeding his time at Intercontinental, Bill
was president of Northway Investments, Inc. Northway was
formed in 1992 to manage various complex multi-asset class real
estate holdings in the Greater Boston area.
Prior to Northway, Bill was the founder of MCM, Ltd., a real
estate development, property management and construction
company with a regional focus in New England, formed in 1984.
MCM was a vertically integrated company structuring acquisitions
and providing general contracting and property management.The
primary focus was on "value-add" development opportunities in
all asset classes. The company successfully completed over 20
development projects and 100 construction projects.
